Terms and Conditions

1. Who can register

Only a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or over may register. Participating children must meet the age range stated at registration (currently 8–13).

2. Parent and guardian responsibilities

You are responsible for supervising your child’s participation, reviewing each activity’s safety guidance, deciding whether an activity is suitable, keeping your account and access codes private, and providing accurate information.

3. The service

SuprmindHQ provides structured real-world challenges for practice and reflection. It is not therapy, medical or educational advice, and outcomes are not guaranteed. Scores reflect participation under the programme’s scoring rules and are not an assessment of character.

4. Membership and payment

A membership covers one participant for 12 months from activation and includes 5 scheduled challenge codes per month. The price is shown in US dollars and is inclusive of all applicable taxes and payment fees; the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay. Access begins only after payment is confirmed and your email address is verified. Memberships do not renew automatically.

5. Access codes

Each code unlocks one assigned challenge for one participant and can be redeemed once. Codes do not expire. Do not share, sell or publish codes. We may revoke and replace a code that is lost, misused or issued in error.

6. Challenge participation and safety

Challenges are meant to be completed safely, voluntarily and with adult guidance where needed. A child may decline any activity. Children are never required to contact strangers, share private information, spend money, travel alone, hide activities from parents or upload photos or videos.

7. Intellectual property

The challenge content, brand and website belong to SuprmindHQ. You may use them for your own family’s participation only.

8. Prohibited use

Do not attempt to guess or scrape codes or challenge content, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches. Progress records are preserved unless deletion is requested.

10. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
