Child Safety and Parent Guidance

Our approach

SuprmindHQ is designed around parent-managed registration and age-appropriate participation. Challenges should be completed safely, voluntarily and with appropriate adult guidance when needed.

What children are never asked to do

  • Contact strangers.
  • Share private information publicly.
  • Hide activities from parents.
  • Perform dangerous acts.
  • Spend money.
  • Travel somewhere alone.
  • Upload personal photos or videos.
  • Message other users — there is no messaging, no public profile and no leaderboard.
  • Do anything that breaks school, household or community rules.

Before you share a code

  1. Open your parent dashboard and preview the activity attached to the code.
  2. Decide whether it suits your child’s age, maturity, abilities and circumstances. Adapt or skip it if not — there is no penalty.
  3. Share the code, and be available to help.

Your child’s choice

Every challenge offers “Ask a parent for help” and “I do not feel comfortable” options. A declined challenge is recorded neutrally and is never counted as completed or judged.

What we implemented

  • Challenge text is revealed only to the child who enters the code; no list of future challenges is shown.
  • Children’s sign-in is a code entry only: no child email, password, profile or messaging.
  • Parents can undo a status tapped by mistake.
  • Scores are shown only after completion and are never ranked or compared between children.

Concerns

If anything about an activity worries you, stop and email hello@suprmindhq.com. For any emergency, contact local emergency services.
