Questions parents ask

What is SuprmindHQ?
SuprmindHQ is a parent-managed programme that gives children structured opportunities to practise positive behaviours through real-world challenges.
What ages is the programme designed for?
The initial programme is designed for children aged 8–13, subject to the eligibility rules shown during registration.
How does it work?
Parents register their child, activate a membership, receive scheduled access codes and share those codes with the child to unlock assigned challenges.
How many challenges are included?
The Operative membership schedules five challenge opportunities per month for 12 months, for a total of 60 opportunities.
Are all 300 challenges shown to my child?
No. The child accesses the challenge assigned to a valid code. Future challenges are not displayed as a browsable list.
Does my child need to upload photos or videos?
No. Photographic or video proof is not required.
How much does it cost?
The current price is US$499 annually for one child and US$799 annually for two children. The price is in US dollars and includes all applicable taxes and payment fees, so the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.
What happens if I register two children?
Each child receives a separate participant ID, code schedule, challenge history and progress report. Records and scores are never combined.
How are scores calculated?
Each challenge has a configured score from 1 to 10 that is recorded when the challenge is accepted. The score is revealed after the child marks the challenge completed. Scores represent the programme’s scoring rules, not a scientific assessment of character.
Can my child decline a challenge?
Yes. A child can decline any activity that feels unsafe or uncomfortable, and can ask a parent for help. A declined challenge is recorded as declined — it is never counted as completed and carries no moral judgement.
What happens if we miss a challenge?
Codes do not expire, so a challenge can be done at any time after its code is released. A declined challenge stays recorded as declined; replacement challenges are not promised and are considered case by case — contact support.
When do reports arrive?
Quarterly reports are prepared at the end of each three-month period of the membership (counted from the membership start date) and sent to the parent’s registered email address.
Will SuprmindHQ guarantee behavioural change?
No. The programme provides structured opportunities for practice. Individual experiences and outcomes vary.
Who manages the account?
The parent or legal guardian manages registration, account details and payment information. Children only enter challenge codes.
How is my child’s information protected?
We collect only a display name, date of birth and participation records for each child — no child email, phone, address or photos. Parents and authorised SuprmindHQ staff can access this information. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored by us. You can request an export or deletion from your parent dashboard. See the Privacy Policy for details, including retention.
What should I do if a code does not work?
Check that the code is typed correctly, has been released to you by email, and has not already been used. If the problem continues, contact support.
Do codes expire?
No. A released code that has not been used can be used at any time. A code can be redeemed only once to reveal its challenge.
Can I move to Commander or Shadow Chief immediately?
Not yet. Each phase has separate eligibility and membership requirements, and only phases officially enabled by SuprmindHQ can be purchased. Completing a phase never starts or charges for a new membership automatically.
