How it works

From registration to certificate

A calm, parent-led process in eight steps.

1. Step 1 — A parent creates the account

A parent or legal guardian registers, provides the required information, confirms consent and creates a separate participant profile for each child.

2. Step 2 — The programme is activated

After the registration and payment requirements are satisfied, the participant is assigned a unique ID and an active membership record. Payment is confirmed by the payment provider or checked manually by SuprmindHQ; returning from the checkout page alone never unlocks access.

3. Step 3 — Five codes are scheduled each month

Each participant receives a schedule of unique access codes for the membership year (60 in total). The parent receives the codes by email as they are released and shares them with the child. They are never all sent at once.

4. Step 4 — A blind challenge is revealed

The child enters a valid code into the SuprmindHQ challenge portal. The system reveals the assigned challenge without displaying a list of future challenges.

5. Step 5 — The child accepts and completes the challenge

The child reviews the instructions and safety guidance, then chooses whether to accept the challenge. After attempting it, the child can mark it completed or ask a parent for help. No photo or video upload is required.

6. Step 6 — Progress is recorded

Each participant has an individual progress record. Completed challenges, challenge scores and relevant activity history are recorded against that participant’s unique ID.

7. Step 7 — Parents receive quarterly reports

Every quarter, the parent receives a progress report showing completed experiences, recorded scores and a summary of the assigned activities. Reports contain only what is needed.

8. Step 8 — Completion and future phases

Participants who complete 60 challenges can receive a completion certificate and become eligible for Commander when that phase is available and a new membership is purchased. Shadow Chief follows the same principle. Eligibility never automatically activates or charges for a new subscription.
