Refund and Cancellation Policy

Memberships are non-refundable

The registration fee for a SuprmindHQ membership is non-refundable. A membership is valid for 12 months from activation and includes 60 challenge codes per child. The price is inclusive of all applicable taxes and payment fees, and is always shown before you pay.

Cancelling

Memberships do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged again without choosing to buy a new membership yourself.

Payment problems

If you were charged but your membership has not started, or you were charged more than once for the same registration, contact us at hello@suprmindhq.com with your registration reference and we will put it right.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the law that applies to you that cannot be excluded by agreement.
